About Your Visit

Doctor Explaining Medicine to Patient

We understand going to the doctor's office can be an unsettling time. Whether it's trying to find the doctor's office, knowing where to park, or making sure you have all the necessary medical records- keeping track of it all can be a challenge. To help in the process the following is what you can expect at the time of your visit as well as a list of items to bring with you.

What To Expect

All patients are seen on an appointment only basis. If this is your first appointment you should expect to be in our office for approximately one and a half to two hours. During this time we will do a complete review of your records, detailed examination, coordination of follow up tests, surgery scheduling and referrals. We understand that your time is valuable and we make every effort to ensure you are seen at your scheduled appointment time. Please understand that emergencies or surgical delays occur periodically and can cause delays to your scheduled appointment. If for any reason your appointment needs to be rescheduled as a result of these emergencies or delays, our office will inform you as far in advance as possible.

What to bring with you:

  • Completed new patient registration packet
  • Medical records including copies of all related office visits to physicians or other health care facilities
  • Medication Lists
  • Any CT scans, X-Rays, and MRI's from all visits relating to your specific condition
  • Pathology Reports
