Dr. Perry Mansfield joins Captain Royce Williams

Dr. Perry Mansfield was deeply honored to join Captain Royce Williams. At 100 years of age Captain Williams received the Congressional Medal of Honor at the SOTU speech. Captain Williams is honored for his extensive military heroism in the line of duty.
